I'm Kellie, founder of Raw Inspired Living, and a midlife woman who was doing everything "right" and still gaining weight, losing energy, and feeling increasingly disconnected from my own body.
As a plant-based woman, 10 years post menopause, I couldn't find a single practitioner who could help me make sense of what I was experiencing. So I made it my work to figure it out, through study, research, and honest experimentation with my own body.
I built this programme because I needed it and it didn't exist. What I discovered is that metabolic stabilisation, specifically blood sugar balance and the cortisol-insulin connection, is the foundation of everything. Once that stabilises, everything else starts to shift.

What if I can't make one of the live calls?
All four weekly Zoom calls will be recorded and made available inside the hub within 24 hours. You won't miss the content. That said, the live calls are where the real conversation happens โ showing up when you can, makes a real difference.
How much time does this take each day?
The content modules are designed to be manageable alongside a full life. Most days you're looking at 20โ30 minutes of content. The weekly Zoom call is 30โ45 minutes. This programme was built by a woman who understands that you don't have unlimited time and that sustainable change doesn't require you to.
Do I need to buy special foods or supplements?
No. This programme is built around real food and practical principles, not a supplement stack or an expensive pantry overhaul. You'll learn how to work with what you already have access to.
What happens after the 21 days?
