I’m the founder of Raw Inspired Living and the creator of Rawly Inspired, a membership for women navigating the metabolic confusion of perimenopause and menopause.
I built this because I lived the confusion myself. Health-conscious my entire adult life. Eating well, moving regularly, doing all the things. And then, somewhere in my mid-40s, none of it worked the way it used to. Weight I couldn’t shift. Energy that wouldn’t return. A body I no longer recognised.
I couldn’t find anyone explaining in detail what was actually happening, or offering any real solutions, so based on my previous Kinesiology study in anatomy and physiology, I decided to do further research and work it out myself. And now I share what I learned.
