teaching aerobics in my 20s, eating organic, staying active, and always searching for the next piece of “amazing” health wisdom. By my 30s, I had already gone low-tox, giving up perfumes and products I loved once I discovered what was really in them.
At 45, I naturally conceived my daughter

something the doctors called a miracle. I thought that was proof I was “doing everything right.” But a few years later, things began to shift. My body ached, my belly bloated, my energy dipped, and hot flashes swept through my days and nights. Despite trying everything — diets, supplements, creams, herbs, even grueling workouts — I didn’t feel like myself anymore.
