This space truly began as my personal reset — a return to fresh food, natural energy, and a slower, more intentional way of being.

Now, I’m here to share what’s worked for me — practical inspiration for living high-raw, raising your frequency, and feeling good in your skin, every single day.

I’ve been health-conscious for as long as I can remember

Teaching aerobics in my twenties. Eating organic for decades. Always active, always curious, always paying attention to the relationship between food and how we feel. For a long time, that curiosity paid off.

At 45, I naturally conceived my daughter, something my doctors called a miracle. I thought that was proof I was doing everything right. And in many ways, I was.

Then perimenopause arrived. And everything I’d relied on stopped working.

I was doing everything right. And my body stopped responding.

 

Weight that collected differently, now around the middle, steadily, without explanation. Energy that used to recover overnight now took days to return. A body I’d spent decades caring for that suddenly felt like a stranger’s.

I looked for help. I couldn’t find anyone speaking to what I was experiencing as a plant-based woman in menopause. The standard advice didn’t fit. The weight loss industry had nothing useful. The menopause conversation was either heavily medicalised or frustratingly vague.

So I did what I’ve always done. I studied. I paid attention. I put the pieces together myself.

What I found changed everything.

 

Estrogen is not simply a reproductive hormone. It’s a metabolic regulator. When it declines in perimenopause, it takes with it the body’s capacity to efficiently move glucose into muscle, maintain lean muscle mass, distribute fat away from the abdomen, and regulate the cortisol-insulin relationship.

I had been using old tools for a new system. That wasn’t a failure of discipline. It was a failure of information.

I built a three-phase framework around what I was learning and experiencing in my own body. I began applying it. Things shifted, not dramatically overnight, but consistently, intelligently, in the direction I’d been trying to move for years.

That framework became the Rawly Inspired Membership.

I’m still on this path. That’s not a caveat, it’s the point.

 

I’m currently in Phase 2 myself. I’m walking the path I teach, in real time, with real results. I don’t offer this work from a place of completed mastery. I offer it from honest, committed, lived experience, and a deep belief that every woman deserves to understand what’s actually happening in her body.

The destination isn’t a smaller body. It’s body sovereignty. The metabolic stability and food freedom that allow you to live in full vitality through this chapter, and every one that follows.

I’m plant-based and moving back towards high-raw. That's my lived experience and my genuine belief about where optimal health lives. But I don’t teach that as a rule. I teach women to listen, and trust that their own body will lead them where it needs to go.
