I’ve always cared about health — teaching aerobics in my 20s, choosing organic foods, and going low-tox in my 30s. But by my mid-40s, despite doing “everything right,” I felt exhausted, bloated, and not myself.
Everything shifted when I turned to raw and whole foods. My energy came back, the aches faded, and I remembered what it felt like to feel truly alive.
